Our story

I’ve always been interested in tech not the flashy stuff, but the kind that actually makes life easier. In high school I came across a WhatsApp study bot. It barely worked, but it showed me what was possible. That idea stuck with me.

I started experimenting with chatbots, fixing them, breaking them, learning what made them useful. That eventually turned into Consumarate, which became Experoc in 2024.

The real turning point came when a company we were helping got hit with a sudden wave of customer messages. Everything broke slow replies, frustrated customers, chaos everywhere. It made one thing clear: most support tools aren’t built for real people.

So we rebuilt the idea from scratch.

We focused on support that’s fast, human, and actually helpful AI agents that understand conversations, and real people who step in when empathy matters. That mix became Experoc.

Today, we help startups handle customer support across email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook anywhere their customers need them—while giving them insights to keep improving.

Experoc came from seeing what wasn’t working and deciding to build something better: support that feels human, powered by tech that truly understands people.
