Our story
How Experoc Started
I’ve always had a fascination with technology not in the futuristic, sci-fi sense, but in how it could actually solve real problems. I wanted to build something useful, something that made life a little smoother for everyday people. That curiosity started early, back in high school, when a few friends introduced me to a WhatsApp study chatbot.
It wasn’t great. The responses were basic, slow, and barely helpful. I remember thinking, this should be helping us move faster not holding us back. But even then, I could see potential. I started digging deeper, reading everything I could find on how bots work, how they’re built, and how they could be improved. Before I even graduated, I knew I didn’t want to go the traditional route. I wanted to build things real, smart systems that worked better than what was out there.
That’s when I started Consumarate, which eventually became Experoc by the end of 2024. At first, we were experimenting building bots, breaking them, fixing them. We focused on education tools and customer support chatbots, finding gaps, patching bugs, and figuring out what people actually needed from these tools. It wasn’t glamorous work, but it taught me everything I know about building systems that work in the real world.
Then came a turning point.
A company we were testing with had a sudden flood of customer inquiries ,hundreds of messages piling up across email, chat, and social media. No one was responding fast enough. People were waiting, getting frustrated, or giving up. I saw something in that moment: the tech most companies used to manage customer support was broken. It wasn't that tools didn’t exist—they just weren’t built with people in mind. They were built around process, not connection.
So we shifted.
We stopped thinking like developers and started thinking like customers. We redesigned how support should work not just faster, but smarter. We built AI agents that could actually understand the conversation and solve real problems, not just repeat pre-written replies. But we also knew AI alone wasn't enough. Some situations need a human who can listen, understand, and show empathy. That’s why we decided to offer full customer support outsourcing too. Our team could step in whenever something needed a human touch.
That’s how Experoc became what it is today: a company that builds, trains, and maintains custom AI agents for businesses and pairs that with a skilled human team that handles customer support across email, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and more. We even help companies understand their data tracking every conversation, every outcome, and using it to improve how they serve people.
We work mainly with startups and growing businesses, because I know how hard it is to juggle growth, support, and product all at once. We help companies focus on what they’re building while we take care of the people side.
Experoc didn’t come out of nowhere. It came out of real frustration and real experience from someone who’s been on the frontline, who’s seen what happens when customers are treated like ticket numbers instead of real people. And it’s built on a simple belief: if you combine the right technology with the right care, you don’t just fix customer service you change the way people experience your brand.
